- Return Conditions
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused and have its original tags and packaging.
- Return Procedure
Please contact our customer service team to submit a return request via email.
Our customer service will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return address.
Return the item in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.
- Refund Process
We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving your return and confirming that the item meets the return conditions.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method you used. Processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
- Shipping Costs
The original order’s shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective item or incorrect shipment, the related return shipping costs will be borne by us.
